Bay River Commons Ribbon Cutting

May 23, 2007 - Bay River Commons developers Anthony, Cindy Pollotta,
Kevin Menaldo, Ken & Julie Bruno, and Susan Sprecker, hosted a
ribbon-cutting Saturday for the office and retail center on the North
Prong of Bay River, near downtown Bayboro.
The facility features a massive wrap-around
deck with waterfront views and picnic area. Anthony Pollotta, a
building inspector for a New Jersey town near New York City, joked about
Bayboro's laid back lifestyle, a pace the couple had embraced. "I told
everybody that we would be finished with the building by Christmas, and
here it is the middle of May," he said. "I've really taken ribbing on
that one." Oriental-based Sali Loft Realty is the leasing agent for the
facility. |
